Should I be worried about red bump on breast?

Today I discovered a single red bump, about the size of a pea, on my breast and for the past few weeks I’ve had anxiety that my right breast (the one with the bump) is heavier/bigger than my left.

I haven’t experienced any pain, itchiness, or change in skin texture, it doesn’t look or feel like a pimple, and it’s not moveable like a cyst typically would be... running out of ideas :(

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums. We are glad you are doing self breast exams!  That is excellent.  Sometimes lumps are nothing or something simple like a cyst.  But regardless, when you find one, it is best to be seen by a doctor to help determine the situation.  https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/womens-health/in-depth/breast-lump/art-20044839.  That you are also seeing changes in your breast such as the size and heaviness of it makes it further of a situation to be checked out.  It is likely nothing and that there is no pain, itchiness or texture changes is a very good sign.  Please let us know if you can get to a doctor.
