Two lumps found in breast

Hi I went to the doctors today as notice a change in shape with my right breast I have had some pain there put thought I maybe had knocked it somethink. On exam the doctor said she found two lumps it was painfull when she pressed on the area around the lumps I get discharge from my nipples but only after how to put this nicely my husband has paid them to much attention she asked about skin changes put to me it has not changed as I have always had quite a lot of little stretch markes on my breast. I had an hysterectomy five years ago because of cysts and pain. I am so scared now I have cancer and don't know what to think I am awaiting an appointment for breast specialist said it will be within two weeks doctor said she was not overly concerned but is she just saying this I am so scared oh I am 33 years old by the way don't know if that makes a differents

Hi,
Usually painful lumps don’t indicate breast cancer nor do nipples discharge particularly when they are squeezed or manipulated and happens bilaterally.
The lumps could be cysts or Fibroadenomas (Both benign) but the Breast Specialist is the one who will determine, after examining you, if the lumps need to be further investigated by having a Mammogram or Ultrasound .
Try not to worry…Most breast lumps are not cancer and I hope you won’t have to worry about anything.
Best wishes…
