Fibroadenema or Phyllode tumor?

Hi, I'm 27 years old. I am asking about a lump that i found in my breast. I went to my doctor who checked it and diagnosed it as a cyst but wanted to make sure with the ultrasound. Just got the results yesterday. It is not a cyst. The radiologist recommends that it is a fibroadenma. It is 2.4 x 2.3 x 1.3 cm located at 4 O'clock. It has some fluid in it and also some tissues. Another much smaller one was found at 9 O'clock 7 x 4 x 3mm. But in the report it also stated that Phyllodes tumor to be considered and a needle biopsy guided with an ulrasound is required. The only appointment i found for the biopsy is in 6 weeks. I have few questions regarding my case:
1) Does the size say anything about which one could it be, a firboradenma or a phyllode tumor. I read that most phyllode tumors are big in size and grow fast. Mine hasn't changed in size for 2 months now.
2) the ultasound report mentioned that the big lump has a lobulated border. From my readings, it looks like both fibroedenmas and phyllodes tumors are either round or have lobulated borders. is that true?
3) Is it ok to wait 6 weeks for the biopsy or it is urgent to do it?
4) I read that needle biopsy can't tell the diffirence between the firbroadenema and the phyllodes tumor, so why doing it?
6) My lump has fluid in it, do Phyllodes tumor have fluids in them or are usually solid masses.
I know i am asking too many questions. But  i am really concerned and would appreciate the advise.

I would certainly see a specialist before you make any decision regarding a biopsy - they do hurt, regardless of what they tell you.  The surgeon that did mine hit a nerve in error - I thought the pain of bearing a child was the worst pain I had ever felt, until they blasted a live nerve without anesthesia.  At your age, go to the best surgeon that specializes in breast surgery that you can find, and be sure to request digital films, don't let them make a decision regarding biopsy with just regular mammogram films.Oh

Dear hallina:  Phyllodes tumors a rare breast tumor (1%) and are generally large solid masses that grow very rapidly.  Fibroadenomas, on the other hand, are very common.  It is difficult to distinguish from a fibroadenoma either mammographically or with needle biopsy.  The borders of phyllodes tumors can be lobulated.  While histologically (under the microscope) a phyllodes tumor may have cyst-like spaces, they do not appear cystic (fluid filled) on ultrasound.  You should discuss with your doctor the timing and type of biopsy based on the appearance of the films. Without review, we cannot speculate on the right approach.  You may benefit from consultation with a breast surgeon.
