What option shall i go for it in treatment of a mass indicating carcinoma grade 1?

I'm 50 years old found out i'm having a malignant mass in the left side breast 2×1cm after biopsy its carcinoma Grade 1.
For the right breast it's benign 2×0.7cm
And i have multiple foci and nodules adenosis bilaterally.
The dr. Told me for the right one it's only follow up and for the left one he gave me 2 options whether to remove the whole breast or to remove only the mass plus the lymph node ( there is no pathology in the axillary lymphnodes)... what shall i do im so disappointed anf paniced i can't take a decision
