breast discharge help

Hi, i'm 20 and have been having breast discharges from both of my breast for 2 years(yellowish or straw colored). The doctor had prescribed Eposoft and Evion 200 as medication but today i noticed a light reddish dried discharge on my brazier on my left side but when i lightly squeeze it to check it secrets the same yellowish/straw color.

Please help me what the problem might be.

I am afraid I have no way of knowing how long you should take the supplements. This is a question you should ask the doctor who prescribe them.
I think an Ultrasound would be valuable in order to clarify things for you and your doctor.Other than that, I am really sorry if I can't be more helpful regarding your situation.
Take care...

okay but what I want to know is what should be the maximum period of time for the intake of Eposoft and Evion(what do you think?)

and my doctor suggested i use clop-gm for a few days to see if there is a slight bruise on there or not because there is no bloody discharge on there just a slight stain of blood from the surface (the yellowish discharge is still there).

and said to get an ultrasound done for it to confirm

You are more than welcome!.
I guess your doctor is the only one who can tell you how long you should continue taking the supplements he has prescribed.
Also avoiding foods and beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, tea, chocolate and colas, can decrease water retention and may help alleviate discomfort if you have breast pain.
All the best....

i actually don't touch my breast but the red discharge disoriented me. but yes thanks for answering, it reassures me a little bit and maybe the blood is just a discharge from a raptured tissue

and the yellowish discharge on both sides only follows out due to the stimulation.

thanks again for the information about Eposoft and Evion - say can u tell me till when you think should i keep taking it?

I'll definitely consult a doctor.

thanks again for answering

Hi,
Most nipple discharges are caused by benign conditions particularly when it happens bilaterally, and is rarely a sign of breast cancer.
The discharge can come in a variety of colors - gray, yellow, green and brown as well as white.
Some women are more prone to nipple discharge especially when they are on certain medication, on birth control pills or major tranquilizers.
Take care to avoid nipple stimulation( including frequent checks for discharge)  because it can actually make the discharge persist. If you stop squeezing the nipple, most probably the discharge will also stop.
A nipple discharge is significant and needs to be investigated further if it is persistent, comes out without squeezing the breasts or any stimulation, is bloody or foul smelling or altered, is associated with a lump, nipple or skin changes etc.
The small reddish dried discharge is really not significant if it occurred only once.
If you are worried, you should consult your doctor for a clinical examination to clear out any doubt.
Take care and best wishes...

P.S Evening Primrose oil (Eposoft) and vitamins E that your doctor prescribed are beneficial to control breast pain and tenderness
