breast itch

I am a 23 yr old and have atopic dermatitis since I was young.I scratched my breasts excessively during a humid period and the right aerola started oozing after a few weeks. I went to a dermatologist and was given cream to apply, however it helped only to a certain extent. Half a year later, the condition is still not improving and even the right nipple oozes now. The areola region, however, has not oozed for quite awhile. The left nipple oozes too, but not as much as the right nipple and applying cream over a few days would solve the problem. Is this a case of nipple eczema or it signifies paget's?

Would like to add further that the oozing is spontaneous and its watery.
