fat deposit or breast cancer?

Hello, I noticed a small bean like lump near the front part of my underarm and I'm wondering if its a fat deposit or if it could be cancer.  I have no liquid coming out of my nipples as I read that was one of the signs of breast cancer and theres no change in the skin surrounding my breast.  However, on that same arm (my left) I tend to feel it to be heavy and sometimes like if someone is stretching it down. I dont know if I am just fixating on the problem, I'm 25 years old and I'm just wondering what are people's opinions...Its not painful but I can feel something is there and perhaps I'm just making myself think its there because I tend to do that but any suggestions?

I do not want to alarm you, however, get it checked out.  Most likely it IS a lymph node, however, its better to be safe than sorry.  In my case it was not a lymph node, but what happened to me is unusual.  Had I waited and not checked it out, things would have been much worse for me.  Please do not panic, however, do not ignore it either.
Best Wishes!

It could very well be an enlarged lymph node and lymph nodes can become enlarged for several reasons; one of which is an infection somewhere in the body. You might be wise to ck. with your family Dr. if this continues to concern you. Breast discharge is not really a symptom of breast cancer with only one exception and that type of cancer is not particularly common and has many other symptoms as well. Most breast discharge is a normal occurance.   Regards ....
