thinking I'm ok but then some words on US scare me

Ultrasound findings:  hypoechoic mass corresponding to mammo findings.  Mass demonstrates fairly well circum margins.  Internal vascularity demonstrated on doppler imaging.  This represents an interval change from 2012 exam.
Impressions: 2.2 mass on the left breast with suspicious sonographic features.
Bi rads 4
My mother, grandmother, 2 aunts & 1 cousin has had BC.  I had my biopsy yesterday but the findings & the wait is driving me crazy. I've had mammos every year since 2009 & never had anything birads 4, much less concerning. Internal vascularity & it being a solid mass makes me question if I could have early BC.  Any thoughts please.  Thank you in advance

Thank you for your reply!  As you suspected it was a Fibroadenoma, I got the call this afternoon :-)

Hi,
Well it's hard to say, since these changes that have occurred increase suspicion. Vascularity (Blood flow) is typically a sign that would warrant a biopsy, but it doesn’t mean that the mass is malignant.A  Fibroadenoma could also present with vascularity, but it’s a benign solid lump.
BIRADS category 4, means that the mass is just suspicious but not very, otherwise the Radiologist would have assigned category 5 on your report.
The good news is that "fairly well circumscribed" means that the mass is not likely to be cancer, but a biopsy is needed to make sure, especially because you have a strong family history of BC.
I know that waiting for results is quite stressful, but hang in there and let’s hope that the findings will be benign! Please let us know how things are proceeding.
Best wishes!
