want to seek information

hi, im 28 years old. I have a red pimple in the middle but more on the right side of the breast for around 4 years. it was small than the nail of my first finger but over the period of four years, it just had increased a little larger than that same nail's size. it used to hurt a little but now it frequently hurts and causes much disturbance sometimes. A surgreon told me that its benign and may be removed by taking augmentin for 5 days. I took but had no effect on it. also, there seems a whitish fluid in its center that has become more visible over the time. the size doesn't increases fast rather its very gradual and very slow. what would be your suggestion, should it get it removed surgically or what?
