Hi,
The report pasted by you reflects  the mammogram report statement of fibrocystic disease or fibrooadenosis. Hence should have no panic reactions.
Just continue the same follow up policy.

The finding of a nodular density on mammogram refers to fibrocystic changes that are usually benign. The nodular density finding itself is not a risk factor for breast cancer; many women have these changes. Nodular density can make the mammogram more difficult for physicians to read and interpret.Apart from that no interbention is required as of now. Continue with your regular breast self exams and then get a clinical evaluation every 6 months and a repeat mammogram and USG at 1 year. Also discuss the need for a biopsy with your physician. Goodluck.
