How do you know your breast milk is dried up?

I had an abortion at 17 weeks a little over 2 months ago. I still have milk in my breasts if I squeeze them and I didn't wear the supportive bra like I was supposed to when the milk first came in.

My nipple color is finally fading, but I'm still producing milk and something just seems off.

That is unlikely to be milk.  Most women don't make milk until the baby is born.  It's a hormonal reaction.  You also went from all the pregnancy hormones supporting a baby to no baby.  That's a big dramatic change for the body.  So, your hormones should regulate back to normal and this should go away.  good luck
