Well, sure it could be, especially if you were quite sick when you had Covid. It could have caused damage that gives you problems when you are exposed to other things.

I just had bronchitis and had to eat antibiotics. Could it be it too?
Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchia, which could certainly have also been inflamed when you had Covid. On the other hand, it's also a secondary infection from more common viruses, like a bad cold or the flu.

There is some discussion in the medical community that since everyone has been masking for two years, we have been more protected from viruses like colds and the flu than we would ordinarily have been, and that now we might get sicker from colds or the flu because we have fewer antibodies to them, not having been exposed for a while.

If that theory is correct, you might be getting sick because if you masked regularly, you avoided exposure to the usual viruses, and your immunity is not so strong to those other viruses now than it would have been in a usual year. So, you're getting sick not because of the Covid but because of the protective precautions you took. It's just a theory but it's interesting. If it's true, the next flu season might be quite bad.
