Atypical tumor markers

Do you know the original tumor or description of a tumor in the fatty tissue of the abdomen with:

Positive Cytokeratin 7
Positive 20
Negative CDX2

what is a normal number for cancer marker in blood after breast cancer?

Hi.
A positive CK7 and CK20 can be found in ovarian mucinous, gastric, pancreatic, and transitional cell carcinomas.
CDX2 is a marker for intestinal differentiation and can be found in colorectal carcinoma.
