Cancer on bck of tounge?

Ok im a 14 year old male woke up today noticed to or three good size but not to big lumps on the far back right side of my tounge now one sticks out a littel and i used a cotton swab to feel it and i could lift a flap on 1 side up and it was deep but not to deep looked purpel and skinn coulerd and it was like if something had cut into it but ive had no pain no bleeading or nothing what could this possibly be?

hi thanks for your ansewer i looked at them today and they seem to look white to me like there going white but i cant tell i havent relley experinced pain i dont hardly brush what other could this be thanks.

Hi.  It would be hard for anybody in this forum to tell you with any certainty what those lumps are, since we haven't actually examined them.  There are lymphoid tissue (something akin to lymph nodes) normally located in the back of the tongue.  Your description of those lumps seem to match a description of those lymphoid tissue.  However, if those lumps really bother you, the best thing to do is to go to a doctor (an otorhinolaryngologist or ENT specialist would be appropriate) so you can have those lumps checked.  Most probably it isn't anything serious, since those lumps don't seem to be causing symptoms at all.
