Clairty needed

Hello docotr i went for a cervical MRI and everything was normal if i had a big mass in my salivary gland or lymph involvment in my neck would the MRi show that

Hi, yes it will show, though the focus will be on the vertebrae, the MRI imaging will cover the salivary glands and the lymph nodes in the neck and any abnormality will be reported. Regards.
