FISH test for DFSP

Hello - My dad is diagnosed with dermatofibro sarcoma protuberans.He is in India.I have a paraffin block for tumour and planning to get fish test t(17;22) done in US or canada.Could someone let me know , where I can have this done and how much does it cost , please ?

Hi Sai,

Did you find a lab who does t(17;22) test by FISH method?
My father also diagnosed with DFSP, we are looking out for a lab who does this test.
Can you please let me know , if you have got any lab contacts for the same.

Hi i got a fish test done for my mum who is having breast cancer through Ranbaxy labs in India. why dont you check with them. It was an expensive test but yours test specification seems to be different than ours. http://srl.in/ , click on find a test.
