Hx of GTD with cariocarcinoma- 5 years ago meningitis- and last October had pneumonia they said maybe- but X-ray had nidular opacity than recently I went in for my chronic back issues which worsens around pms time I'm struggling with SoB with exertion and even at times rest- noted endometrial fluid to culdesac sac and degenerative spine with disc bulging I'm unable to work due to the leg and back pain and all around lethargy and my pcp isn't alarmed. He's making me do pt no follow up on lung or endometrial fluid I'm just feeling hopeless and am very u comfortable - and I noted acities and numbness and tingling cold painful at times in fingers mostly right hand. And have had few falls due to my balance Just need help
