Hi!
This is actually a difficult question to answer as experience varies from patient to patient. You should be able to return to masturbation or visual stimulation to test erection by 3-4 weeks. If you are having erections at night while sleeping, then it is a good sign.  If you have erections and can hold it, then you can resume sex life. Otherwise you may need medications to improve erections. Also there will be no ejaculation as prostate has been removed. However, the possibility of urine leakage is there. Hence, it is important to empty bladder before sex, even though the urine leak during sex is not going to harm your partner, it can be emotionally challenging.
Hope this helps you in some way. Please discuss this with your treating doctor.
Take care!
