How likely is oral wart to be cancer?

The last few days I have been feeling a pain at the roof of my mouth. I figured, I had scraped the top of it. I decided to get a mirror and look because my mouth usually heals really fast. I discovered a flat red lesion type growth where I feel the pain. It's not too big, but it has what looks like a flat white growth coming from it. I also see a smaller one growing a few inches away not painful or red.I am a broke sahm with no insurance. Ideally, I would like to see a doctor, but can't.Can I remove it with wart remover at home? It is painful, not bad, but there is pain.Am quite worried since I've googled quite a bit.

This sounds like a cancer sore.  I would not worry about it as it likely went away on its own by now?
