I have low WBC (3.97) Neutrophils (1.88) and have had no recent infection or cold.

I have been referred for a testicular abnormality and have had itching with no rash down there for 5 months now. I am worried the blood count shows an underlying leukaemia or lymphoma?
Monocytes 0.2 and RBC 4.53. I am Vit D and B12 low too. Also very low T and free T. Any advice would be very much appreciated

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums. We appreciate your question and will try to help.  First, please ask your doctor first and foremost to go over your results with you.  This is your best source of information. Your monocytes are within normal with the range of 0 to 9% being normal. RBC normal range is 4.7 to 6.1 (for men).  That would make you just below normal.  So close to normal that I'm not sure it would be of a concern to your doctor but you can ask that question.  Are you at all anemic? Here is a guide to help you see if you have any symptoms.   https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/understanding-anemia-basics#1.  With your numbers so close to normal, it would be fairly easy to remedy with either diet or a multi vitamin if you don't take one.  Ask your doctor about this.  

Your WBC is a bit low as you know.  That can be caused by your vitamin deficiencies.  Also having a typical virus can cause this.  

Have you had any discussions regarding your diet, proper nutrition to work on these vitamin deficiencies or has it been recommended to start a good multi vitamin or supplements?  Please discuss with your doctor.    

Low neutrophils can be caused by vitamin deficiency as well along with other things.  However, you are within the normal range at this time according to medicinenet. That's a lot of information to read through.  But your numbers are borderline to normal from what I can tell and indicate some vitamin deficiencies you can work on to see if it improves.  Speak to your doctor for guidance.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to reply. I hadn't thought about WBC being low due to vitamin deficiencies. I may be borderline anemic as my MCV, MCHC and MCH are also raised. I have an appt with the Urologist on Friday, so will speak to him or my Primary doc afterwards RE vit supplements.
