A question regarding a pancreatic mass shown on a CT scan.

a CT scan that showed a 1.7 cm hypodense mass measuring 62 Hf units in the distal pancreas.  The test was the result of recent bouts of abdominal pain, diarrhea and fatigue. Is this on its own indicative of something I should be concerned with?
