Insight into labs anyone?

Hi everyone, I am new here, not diagnosed with the C word, however after watching my dad suffer through Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Bladder Cancer, I am taking my symptoms seriously. I wanted to see if anyone would be able to give insight into my labs. If this is not okay to ask for here, please let me know or just ignore! My blood results are which are within "normal" range, but with some (H) and some (L). My C-Reactive protein has been high in the past, but wasn't measured this time. I had had blood in my urine for almost a year (but now may be explained by current diagnosis's), I have had extreme fatigue, horrible spine pain (for over a year), numbness and shocking sensation in fingers off and on, muscle and joint pain, a few night sweats (in the past month), and swollen lymph nodes pretty much everywhere (even abdomen, behind legs, above elbows). I had surgery on my ankle last January, which still hurts, and now I have a metal plate and screws, but it hurts in a whole new way (more achy and traveling up my leg to my thigh, almost feels like more bone pain in leg). Seems like the lymph nodes are more swollen on the right side of my body, including auxiliary nodes. Here are my labs:

* I said that my lymph nodes seem to be more swollen on the right side of my body, but I mean to say the LEFT side of my body (no idea how that happened!). Also, you can probably tell that some of those numbers there are from urine labwork. Thanks!
