Lung Nodule 1 cm

I was diagnosed with a 1 cm nondiscript lung nodule in my right upper chest via CT scan recently.  Other symptoms include: neuropathy in feet, pain in ankles and feet, afib, "brain fog," feeling yucky all the time, joint pain that comes and goes, digestive issues, fatigue, and on cpap.

Any ideas anyone?

You should follow the recommendations provided in the radiology report. According to Fleischner Society guidelines (2017), for solid pulmonary nodules greater than 8 mm, consider CT at 3 months, PET/CT, or biopsy.

Do you have a question?

A 1 cm nodule is large in my experience (patient and caregiver) but if stable it isn't likely of any concern.  What dose this mean?  I think you prescribing doctor should or should have discussed a follow up CT scan in a few months to see if there is any associated activity.

I'd discuss you other collection of symptoms with a Primary Care doctor.
