Medical options for metastatic breast cancer that has spread into the bone

4/30/2018 a PET scan showed a widespread bony metastatic disease involving pelvic bones, numerous areas in my spine (most pronounced is in the upper thoracic spine-demonstrating maximum SUV of 9.4 involving T6 vertebrae), Also multiple ribs, left scapula and right proximal femur. Please see your oncologist regarding further management, including but not limited to chemotherapy.
