Odd smelling poop tmi I know

So recently past few weeks my poop has smelled weird. Different for me. Not extra bad. Just weird Idk how to describe it. Like bad tasting meat smell. Anyways I googled it and told me I have pancreatic cancer. Anyone else hear this ? Is there something I can eat to fix this issue rather than freaking that I have cancer help please. It’s so odd. I should also say recently I haven’t been able to eat certain foods the taste is off yucky. Filet mignon pork tenderloin baked chicken all gross. So I have avoided meat mostly.

Hello and welcome to the forum. We are sorry you are experiencing this and your worry about it.  First, while the internet is an excellent source of information, it is not meant for you to be self diagnosing yourself with pancreatic cancer. We can really scare ourselves as lay people reading items for a google search and thinking they apply to us when that is often not the case at all.  Do you have a primary care doctor? It would be excellent if you would have a full physical to discuss this.  Issues with stool, nausea and vomiting may be a symptom of pancreatic cancer but those are symptoms of numerous other things as well that are far more likely. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/pancreatic-cancer/symptoms-causes/syc-20355421

A lot of things cause foul smelling stools and some common ones are infection, malabsorption (if you have something like irritable bowel syndrome), food intolerance, or from medication or  supplements. https://www.healthline.com/health/stools-foul-smelling#causes

Is there any way for you to see a doctor?
