Oral cancer at 22 years old ? Need help

Hello im 22 years old guy , 150 LBS, 6"2' , Live in Paris, my medical condition is GERD, I do not take any medication

4 month ago I got an hard red lump on the roof of the mouth, no pain, no bleeding , no lymph node

I got it removed and biopsed, the biopsy was inconclusive, they found small /moderate atypia but they cannot conclude if its a dysplasia, they told me to come back every 6 month to check that, Which I refuse ( Because I want to forget this story)

the lump reoccured within 1 week,, but it wasn't red, it was totally white, got it removed again and biopsed :

Hyperplasia, but no dysplasia, all cell were normal

The lump ( a tiny mass) reoccured again within 1 week , the lump have the same structure /color as the mouth ( It was not the case with the first lump)

4 month later ( Now) the lump was still there, but never change, no pain, it feel like its just a part of my mouth

What do you think ? Do I have to get it removed again and checked ?

I just want to forget all of this...
