Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was late evening of early March 2011, when at a bar slightly drunk picked up a girl & had ………… Although it was a protected one but the since then I have been living with guilt & fear.

I got ELISA test done after 15 days & result was been negative. ……………..Since then everything was going perfectly fine when 1 day in month of October I caught cold very bad cold later it was diagnosed as acute Sinus  & in month of November 2011 while cleaning my throat I had blood in my mucus. Since that day I have not been able to live properly. I started having all sorts of problem …………….started with my stomach – I started feeling something hot trickling down my stomach & went to my doc who gave me medicine for & it started getting better but after few days I started experiencing pain only on touching in my lowest rib on left side……….I again went to see doctor & he said it’s nothing but suggested that I take ultrasound of abdomen which showed everything okay except fatty liver grade 1 & gave me some medicine & suggested for blood test & urine test. Diagnosis showed that I had UTI rest okay. Again after 10 days I went for blood & urine test reports were okay. Now my I started feeling pain in right side of last rib, which again is now okay.

But since then I have low grade fever  ranging 97.5 to 98.6 & again got my blood checked for Malaria, dengue typhoid & lipid, reports are okay but now I feel something is wrong with my body. Adding Kindly help  I'm so scared and worried to death. Doc says it’s just a feeling.

Do I need to get HIV tested? Or I have symptoms of cancer or some deadly disease? Pls help.

Hi sounds more like problems with your liver or pancreas, also UTI can cause abdominal discomfort. Do you frequently drink to the point of questionable judgement? It may be that you are drinking too much as starting to see the effects of this on your GI tract. I would discuss your drinking habits with  your Dr. If your liver or pancreas are inflammed, this could cause your low grade fever. I'm a nursing student not a Dr. but this would be a concern for me given your described history.

Sounds like this "fatty liver" is causing problems.

Have you seen a liver specialist?

Is the UTI being treated?

Doubt this is any HIV.......highly doubt it.
