Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thank you for your question.  A follow up with your doctor should be scheduled to discuss your biopsy results.   They are best for explaining what all these technical terms mean and how they apply to you.   Acanthosis is thickening of the skin, for example. Sometimes that can be pigmented or dark or grey.  They found white blood cells in the area.  Neither on their own would be terribly concerning. Lichenoid is a small raised patch often thought to come about due to an inflammatory reaction. Typically harmless. https://www.healthline.com/health/lichenoid-keratosis#symptoms.  Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell. Since you have been told you have plaque psoriasis, I would say these results go along with that.  Speak to your doctor about this autoimmune condition and treatment for it.  Let us know what the doctor says.
