MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you?  Nodular density may refer to old lesions from infection or  inflammation and sometimes from an artifact. However, if there is a slight increase in size from the previous result, it is best that you check with your doctor and discuss the results with him or her. Correlation with present  symptoms is important in determining the cause. Take care an do keep us posted.
