floating cancer above the liver

My nan has just recently had stomach cancer romoved and now it's back but floating above her liver can someone tell me if this can be treated as they will not operate again due to nearly losing her the first time

Do you have the actual radiology report? I am not sure what you mean by floating above the liver, but I suspect there are peritoneal implants and/or ascites, concerning for metastases. Discuss further management with the oncologist.
