Do i have carpal tunnel syndrome?

I have pain in the carpal tunnel area however i dont have numbness in my fingers. I play alot of video games on my pc and its preventing me from playing for long hours even though i take breaks and stretch anyway. Since i am quite young im worried i will get carpal tunnel and it will prevent me from doing jobs in later life. I was wondering if someone who knew about wrists could tell me if i do have carpal tunnel or if it is something else and what i can do to prevent pain in later life. PLEASE HELP ASAP
