Feline hyperesthesia?

Hello! My cat had fever around 20th of September, I noticed that she didn't eat and poop for two days, she was only sleeping all days and I take her to the vet. She was a little dehydrated and they give her antibiotic and a syrup for the immune system. She continued not to eat for almost a week when the vet gave me a cream for appetite to be applied to the ears. She started to eat then, but she was still constipated and they gave her Duphalac. After maybe 1 more week she had no fever anymore, but steel eating a little and constipated. Now she eats normally (maybe even more than usual), but she is still a little constipated and developed very severe symptoms like chasing and licking her tail, rippling skin, jumping and running and it is non-stop all day... She is now on Gabapentin 2 x 25 mg in 24 hours and since she is on the pills (around 4-5 days) she is better while the pill is working and after that it is the same... The vets suggested to make additional tests, but as she is super stressed I don't know what to do. Is it possible not to be hyperesthesia, but some other problem for example not enought vit B12 or something related with the constipation that she still suffers from?
