Cat is vomiting, will she be okay?

My five year old cat is in heat and this morning she started vomiting every time she eats. This same thing happened about six months ago, about a week after her heat, but then she couldn't even keep down water. I took her to the vet when it happened and the X-ray showed she was constipated and her intestines were clenched up from irritation. The vet gave her a shot for nausea and instructed me to give her hairball goop for the constipation. She was fine the next day. I'm just wondering if her current vomiting will stop on it's own or if I should take her to the vet again.

Hi there...have you tried the hairball stuff again?  If nothing has changed since you posted this morning, please return to your vet.
