Cat poison

Hello there, I live in Algeria, vets aren't as experienced to help me with this, I've been to two of them they told me, we can't help
so here's the thing:
2 weeks ago, I found a little 1 month old kitten starved and burnt partially outside my home, I decided to get her in, feed her & take her to the vet. The vet gave her vitamines & antibiotics for her wounds. She was feeling so good purring, playful, eating a lot, during 1 week and a half but the issue was she had alopecia because she was itchy all over, so everytime I could notice a new patch of her her off. she had some dark residues on her paws it looked like burngs but then they healed, I didn't want to shower her because of her itchiness.
Then I decided  to take her back to the vet becase she had minor bleeding because of her excessive grooming of her itchy tail. He asked me to come in 3 successive days to give her corticoide. It went okay, until the last day, she urinated on herself (which is normal because i put her in a basket in the car from the vet to my house) and after that she cleaned herself off, and I guess she was burnt with chemicals like insecticides most likely ( the vet said so at the beginning, he suspected it) and by being wet & cleaning herself she ingested them, I didn't see her until the morning she was laying on her belly, moving only her front hands, having muscle tremors, ataxis, tachycardia, dilated pupils, dyspenia but no other abnormal resperatory signs she ate a little after that. this happened this thursday the 20th of may, took her to the vet immidately gave her atropine & corticoides. & then asked me to take care of her  keep her off light & bring her back in tomorrow ( wednesday the 21st) (there is no animal emergency neither specific tests in my country, only basic clinical signs diagnosis ... ) she still had ataxis, no tachycardia, dilated pupils, hypersalivation, hypothermia. I took her to another vet, she didn't do anything else to her, asked me to watch out for her, feed her vitamines B1 B6 and today she has no more muscle tremors, always dilated pupils I try to hydrate her eyes because they're opened approximately all the time, to keep her heated, and i succeeded to feed her small amounts of milk & vitamines. Please, give me tips? is there any hope? I did my best, it's the country's fault to not have specialized facilities for such cases...I love to help animals so badly that's why I'm devistated seeing this beautiful creatues fighting death. Thanks for your prompt answer.

Given how generally unenthusiastic cats are about baths, you are better off doing it when she is relatively weak than when she is hale and hearty.  ;)
Be smooth and gentle and talk to her soothingly, and especially don't leave any soap on her.
Take care, both of you.

Thank you for you answer, really kind of you! I am doing exactly what you're saying except for the shower I'll do it tomorrow, and I noticed less muscle tremors, less ataxia, still mydriasis ( but it's reactive) photophobia, no hypersalivation, normal temprature, at one point she was unable to move, and closing her mouth tight now she is swallowing, she tries to move around she lost weight but I'm compensating with meat broth & vitamines,  when I hold her belly she walks, or she does walk like 3 steps at max and falls again but it's already a big deal & it's almost 6 days from her poison ingestion. I'm praying for her & especially taking so much care! Thanks again a lot.

It does sound like she ingested something that was on her body, that was poisonous.  All I can suggest is that you continue to keep her hydrated and warm and try to get some calories into her, perhaps through broth.  Despite that you did not want to bathe her, if she begins to get better I would seriously consider doing so in case something is still on her fur that is poisonous.  Use a gentle shampoo made for cats or even dogs, if you can find one.  I know there are poison-control related websites that one can find by looking up "cat got into garden poison" or some similar subject.  I appreciate the vitaimins B1 and B6 and think they could help.  You might ask the second vet if she thinks that the cat has sustained permanent damage or if, should the cat get better, this will not have caused any damage to the organs.  It will help you to know if, should you together fight off this crisis, if the cat will have the ability to be all right.
