the only article I have read regarding vaccinating in the tail was because this area was for EASE of tumor removal...it makes no difference from what I've read regarding fewer problems. please post the article if you can I would like to read it!!!!
I read an article by a very well known vet that said that people should get their rabies jab in their tail...this prevents them from the cancer that can develop from shots of any kind. or rather they did a study like this at a big vet hospital and they said that they get less problems at the shot exposures than anywhere else...
Hi Laura,
Hate to keep bugging you, but would very much like to know what the Vet said. Please,if you will catch us up.
Thanks,
CML
Hi Laura,
I'm glad to hear you're bringing your fur baby in earlier than Thursday.
I wish both of you the best. Eve ( mother of Sammy the cat ).
Hi Laura, yes, how did it go at the Vet?
I'm sharing an excellent link Opus88 shared today on the risks and health issues linked to vaccinations. Please take a look.

How did it go at the vets, Laura? We worry too, LOL!
She got her chip out on Tuesday when she had it done so had to give it time to heal so now is getting it done again on Thursday, ive decided to bring her in today, just waiting for it to open. and fingers crossed shes okay!
Hi LaurraaBownn,
Just finished reading your comments. You said your cat has to go to the
vets again on Thursday. Why does she need to go then ? If you can,
maybe you should move the appointment and make it sooner than Thursday
maybe even today. We pet parents know when our fur babies are not acting
or behaving like themselves. If she is normally a good jumper and now can't
jump properly and is falling I would take her to the vet sooner than Thursday
and have the vet examine her. Good luck to both of you. Eve
