Growth on my cats ear

My cat has had a small growth on its ear for some time that was flesh colored and resembled a stye. In the last few months, it has changed and become a brown mottled color. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Hi M.

Were you able to have your kits growth checked out by the Vet?? Of so , could you let us know what the growth turned out to be??

Thanks.

If it is a cancer, but is caught early, kitty will have a number of good years ahead.

Hi M,

I am no expert on skin lesions, but this could be a pre cancerous or cancerous growth---could also be nothing to worry about.

<<<<<<BUT you DO have to have a Vet look at this Now, Please!

Let us know what the diagnosis turns out to be. Sure hope it is just a benign growth. It will need to be removed whatever it turns out to be, I would think!!
