HELP PLEASE!

I just woke up and found my cat lying on the floor. She is foming at the mouth, unresponsive to touch, her pupils dont dilate when exposed to light, her breathing is quick and shallow, she's barely moving and cant hold herself up. Nothing is open nerby and i dont know what to do

I'm sorry to have to say this, but if you don't take your cat to an emergency vet, she's not going to make it. This sounds like a seizure or stroke.

If you want a chance to save her, take her to the vet NOW.

Nathan, it sounds like your kitty has had a stroke.  Is she older?  If you have the number to a vet, call that and the recording should give you the number to an ER vet.  If that isn't possible, then my advice would be to pet and comfort your girl.  I'm sorry to tell you, but she is dying.  This exact same thing happened to a childhood cat of mine.  It's very upsetting and scary.
