Not sure about cows, but clicked their animals for adoption and they have a rooster :-)
I offered him for one cousin but besides the fact she's brazilian, she said he probably will fight with her own...( that she loves, and raise inside home just like the most common pets everybody has )
Dont click there - Its dangerous! You will fall in love for many!
First one I loved was Persephone, and Im just at first page...
I knew the site just now.I`ve been clicking daily for a long time at one brazilian site but its not a pet help one, its one were you plant trees ( usually one a day, depends on the sponsors)
A serious one
Now I have one more to visit...
Oh I will have to try that.
our local SPCA has an 'adopt a pet' where I donate $10 each month to a pet I choose and it supplies food, toys and Vet needs to that one pet. I choose a cat of course, one I thought was the least adoptable...its good we can all do a little something for these poor unwanted babies..wish I could afford to do more, also wish I could really adopt and bring one home someday maybe??
Well I don't "think" cows are involved...I think that was just a confirmation pic :)...if your question is serious, lol. Never know with you since you often say things just to amuse :) My confirmation pic was of a dog.
I entered the ASPCA too and it didn't come up...well, I entered Los Angeles, but the ASPCA wasn't a choice. Maybe since they're a large organization, they aren't in the running?...don't know.
Do you "click" on this site each day to help with food? I do. I wonder how exactly that works?...the clicking?
Done!
For today I accepted your suggestion - you are right, they are MANY (that's good!)
Could not find Aspca clicking just the name,so...
Do they help cows as the one I had to name to confirm my vote? :-)
Okay, I see. There's more than one site for this link and I did see the one you vote on. OMG though, there are a LOT of shelters and I couldn't tell you which one to choose since I'm just looking at the ones a couple of my surrounding cities. Apple, if I had to choose a shelter (which I did) it would be the one in the city of Orange which does service my own city and I'm also familiar with it.
The shelter I chose was called...Orange County Animal Care Services. I know right where they're at and they've been there a long time. Again, there are so many, it's really hard to choose who is most deserving, but of course I see where your heart and mind is at.
Is this what you meant? You wanted a suggestion? I don't see exactly what you're describing in your post, but I think it's close. Whew...that took a while...I've got a headache, lol...
if you think about brazilian ongs, aspca dont seens so poor :-) but they for sure do a great use of the money, no doubts about...
I was just wondering that ongs at Beverly Hills and famous ones are probably best provided of funds than others in remote places( that I dont know) in USA
here goes part of the mail I've got from them, hope helps you:

The All-Star Shelter+ Challenge is an amazing way for rescue organizations (big and small) to suit up for the cause, but don't just take our word for it:
"We would like to thank Petfinder.com Foundation and The Animal Rescue Site for giving us this opportunity to win much needed funds for our pigs. But, our ultimate thank you goes to the hundreds of people who actually clicked the 'vote' button daily. Oink Oink to you all!" —Pig Pals of NC (North Carolina)
"Thank you so much from Lighthouse Animal Rescue. It is so seldom a small shelter has the opportunity to receive this kind of grant. The small, private rescue groups work mainly out of their own pockets, never receiving the huge donations that the large groups receive. God bless you for giving smaller shelters a chance." —Frances "Kitten" Jones, Lighthouse Animal Rescue, Costa Rica

I agree with Jade. The ASPCA is in need of helping hands.
I
Oh hey! A friend of mine here at MH turned me on to this site a long time ago so I've been clicking and giving ever since.
I don't see on that site where it says to vote for a shelter though. Where at the site did you see the "vote a shelter for extra help"? I just read one story about "Rounder" the bunny and got so tearful. It's so hard to read those stories, but the reality is this happens all the time. So Sad!
I CAN tell you I've donated to the ASPCA if that helps (oddly though, my check was never cashed.) Gosh, when it comes to shelters in need, I'd be hard pressed to say which one is more deserving, know what I mean? :(
