So, girls are adorable and well mannered... That means they have really good fostparents to teach then all :-)
Loreena is a good girl at the vet also, but fortunatelly I never had to let her/them in a kennel .
Happy b-day to Hildie!!!
Happy b-day Hildie. The girls adjusted remarkably well to boarding..and I agree with Jade...where ever you and Anita are is home...so there will be no worries when you find a home:).
It's nice to hear the girls coped with boarding so well. Not every cat does. When Jade was boarded after her ear surgery, there was a terrified kitty in the cage next to her. We were warned not to get near the cage as the cat would growl, hiss and swat at you...and it did! You couldn't help but get near it, as it was right there! Like Hildie, Jade was allowed out of her cage to roam after hours.
Poor Chessie had some difficulty, but I'm sure having her sisters with her was comforting. Teia seems to be taking everything in stride lately. Glad everyone is HOME now! 'Home' being wherever you and Anita are. :)
Report back from the young folks at the kennel, they love Miss Hildie, Miss Teia and Miss Chessie.
...said Hildie was so easy going when they gave her the insulin shots, they were amazed. The young lady who seemed to be the lead caretaker said Hildie was her first diabetic kitty and knows she's the Gold Standard for how a kitty can act. Hildie would also walk around the cat area and look at the stranger kitties.
...said that Miss Teia was very loveable and sweet, unless they tried to pick her up.
...said Chessie was much more content to stay in the "apartment". She was a little off her feed, but did eat and drink.
Everyone acts very happy to be back in their temporary home here in the apartment.
Happy Birthday, Ms Hildie! We love you! ♥
Happy Birthday Miss Hildie...you're a beautiful dear girl, so glad to hear you're doing so well and keeping the peace too...many more sweetheart♥
