Pregnant cat

I finally caught my cat after she tried hiding under my house for a week! Thank god. She is inside safe and sound and I've made a comfortable cushioned, closed off spot for her. If she is pregnant, she is a little over a month. She is almost 5 years old and pretty small, her belly doesn't look too "round". It's got a little bulge while laying on her side but that's about it. She is meowing constantly.. which is out of character for her because she's generally very quiet, and she won't leave my side, which is also very odd.. because she usually wants to be on her own and resting. I don't know how to tell how close she is to delivering because her belly isn't "huge" like everyone keeps telling me it should be. Should I make an appt. to take her to the vet? Thanks in advance!

He believes she's pregnant, and about halfway through. She's sooo clingy too. Slept right between my husband and I last night and she never does! I already have homes for at least 4 babies, if she even has that many, she's pretty small. Then we'll be getting her fixed asap by a vet we found 2 hours from us. Thanks again ladies!

thanks so much! I was really hoping to get her fixed before any of this happened.. however since it's an overnight stay for the cats, sometimes more, and my vet is the only one around us, he is soo booked for surgeries. He's also SUPER old so he works few hours. I guess it's time to travel for vet service! thanks again for the advice

Absolutely get her to the vet as soon as you can.  You don't even know if she is really pregnant, so your cat could just be very sick.  Please see your vet.  Blessings to you and your cat - Blu
