Lethargic, limping kitten

I just adopted two 4 month old kittens, brother and sister, on Sunday. Yesterday, the male was really lethargic, not wanting to play or eat, and when he walked to the litter box I noticed he was limping on his right front leg. He was putting some pressure on the leg, but very carefully, and tried not to walk. We took both into the vet. The vet said he had two centers of pain, the wrist and elbow, but she didn't feel an obvious break. He also had a fever of around 104.5. She suggested it was probably an infection, and gave us pain meds, liquid immuno, and Clavamox antibiotics. We got him to eat a couple bites of canned wet food last night, but not much. This morning his sister seemed fine, was running and playing, but about ten minutes ago it looked like she was limping as well. We are planning on returning to the vet tomorrow morning, but are getting really nervous. Any suggestions or advice?

I think a vet visit will condiem whats going on.Follow your heart and take to vet just to be sure. They have the knowledge, tools to treat and take the guessing out of what it might or might not be.

Only thing I can say is that you are taking the right course of action.  I have not seen any symptoms like this in my lifetime of living with cats.
