My 1 year old Cat is having a skin problem..ideas?

I just took my cat into the vet to get spade a few weeks ago, but they told me she had a mild fever and would rather wait till it was gone to perform her surgery. They ran a blood panel on her and also had an examination and sent her home with antibiotics (Clavamox 62.5mg for 2x weeks). We discovered shortly after a small skin irritation on the back of her kneck under her fur. (She's a long haired cat). We didn't think nothing of it, but maybe Ring worm? (NOTE: ALL HER BLOOD WORK CAME BACK NORMAL). Fast forward 2 weeks, and that small spot is now a inch bigger, and all I see is a big bald spot and her skin looks very sore. Some blood. I guess i could compare it too a burn almost.. Anyhow, I just put some Polysporin on it, not sure if I can do that or if it won't help her, and I gave her some organic drops (Dr.GoodPet-temp relief of pain, itching,hot spots,dry eczema, fleabite,dermatitis). She has been scratching the spot which has been contributing to her skin problem. Any ideas what this could be? hi and welcome. poor kitty that does look very sore and irritating no wonder she is trying to scratch at it...
we are not Vets on this site, she really needs to have her Vet take a look at this...not sure but it could be ringworm and if so very contagious...to you as well.
most skin problems with cats are allergies...to food, environmental or inhaled...however is appears this is something she contacted during her stay at the Vet clinic, thats why I'm kinda thinking its possibly ringworm...OR she had a reaction to the antibiotic??? however if thats what it is I would think the spots would be in more than one area...

I do urge you to take her in asap and find out what you are treating....the Vet can give you something to use that would be much better than polysporin...

Thanks for the pics, omg it looks very similar. We picked up a ring worm shampoo for her, hope it works. Have you any idea about humans and what we should do incase we have been exposed to it? I have small kids as well. Thanks for your help
