So my cat has been acting weird for the past 3 days and I don’t know what to do

So my cat already knows that he is not allowed on top of the tables but one day all of the sudden he jumps on the kitchen table and he does it in the living room table even when I tell him “no” he still does it . And every time I put him on the ground he quickly jumps back on top of something like if the floor was lava Or if I set him down in the hallway he sprints to the couch like he dosent want to be on the floor. He also has this one favorite spot on the couch next to the window and he usually sits there all the time but lately whenever I put him on that spot he just walks away and I haven’t seen him sleeping or laying in this spot recently.

If he is young and not neutered, it's probably time.

Something must be disturbing or distracting him . Noises outside, small animals, changes at home...Keep one eye to se if he is healthy as well

or just becoming a normal teenager cat .
