My cat of 11 yrs is making loud snoring sounds when breathing.

vet says not in his lungs. that's its upper respiratory. he's eating ok but sleeping a lot . intranasal drops (just says compound, but we believe they have antibiotic in it.) are hard to tell how much is being inserted since he fights us doing it. but now a little nose bleed

Is it like a blocked nose sound or an upper respiratory infection? If you're giving the cat an antibiotic and it isn't working, either it's not an infection and the cat should be treated with something else other than an antibiotic, or it's being sneezed out. Call the vet and say you might need to try a different medication because with the nasal delivery it seems like the cat is not getting the amount he needs.
