Whats wrong with the kitten?

We have kittens that were born on May, 24 2014 and there is one kitten that is smaller than the others. She cannot meow either but tries to anyway and shakes all the time. She also cannot walk correctly, her legs spread out when trying to walk and she ends up falling sometimes. I need to know what is wrong with her because my family and I are worried for her health. Please help.
