my cat had stopped eat and drink for almost a whole month. I helped it eat and drink, it didn't resist me. however, after I came back home yesterday afternoon, I saw my cat spitted out the cat food... It sleeps for a long while and feel laziness.
Another question confused me is my cat has a ulcer in its mouth for years. But these days, it recovery. I can't believe such a serious illness could recovery for only a few days. I really confused if there is some relation between the two illness symptom....Please help me, and help my cat...Give me some advice and that will be so king of you....

Your cat needs serious help by a veterinarian NOW.  Not in a few days, but now.  This is very very serious if a cat hasn't eaten in a month.  This leads to a disease called feline hepatic lipidosis(fatty liver disease).  This is fatal without the help of a vet.  This disease is caused by a cat not eating for as little as a few days.

If you want your cat to live, then do the right thing and get your cat to a vet.  If you can't afford it, then contact your local humane society or SPCA.  Look online for your local branch.  Your cat has NO time to lose!!
