I'm new and just stumbled upon your post, so I don't know what's wrong with your cat, but I do hope and pray that your kitty will be okay and that if he/she does need medical assistance that you can get that help ASAP. I know the Humane Society is world wide and they may be able to help you. The url is http://www.hsus.org/pets/ so please check it out as soon as possible to see if they can help you and your cat in your area. I understand the hurt seeing your pet in pain or not acting normal, then not having the funds to pay for outragous vet pills! Trust me, I just spent 450.00 on my cat this past weekend that I didn't even have. I had to borrow the money to cover the check. Knowing me though, I would have let that check bounce in order to get my cat the medical help he needed, and that was almost the case. Anyways, please don't give up and check out that website. Again, I hope and pray your cat gets the help he/she needs and soon. You'll be in my prayers along with your kitty. =/
There are no free clinics for cats in my area that I know of. It's sad but true and there aren't to many vets willing to work with people either. I feel for you and your baby.

I think the reason no one answered is because they didn't know of any clinics are businesses that could help. We don't even know where you live or what's in your area. Have you checked to see if there was a low cost clinic in your area?
Please don't get mad because people didn't respond to your message. Try and understand, we don't know you or your situation. This is the Internet after all! How do we know who's for real or not?
The only way you are going to know for sure or not what's out there is to get on the phone and start calling clinics in your area to see if they'd agree to a payment plan or if they help low-income people or senior citizens. I'm sure there's some out there.
As for soliciting on here for money, I think that's actually against Medhelps rules. I'm sure you're real and your story is real, but not everyone is honest and forthcoming. I'm sure you understand. Medhelp has to take these precautions. I wish you the best. I hope your kitty will be feeling better. I do understand how stressful it is. I've just had three sick cats this last month and the vet bills were awful. I couldn't afford it either. I had to put it on our credit card which only puts us in further debt. We're not rich people either, but you do what you can for your pets.
Instead of becoming angry at strangers on the Internet that you've never met, I think it'd be better to make some inquiries in your own city. I'm sorry I can't help more. I hope your cat will feel better soon. I really do.
