What do you do for the celiac rash?

I do not eat  gluten but get the rash twice in the summer. I think it is triggered by Russian olive trees as they bloom 2 times in the summer. It is severely painful and itches horribly.  This summer has been the worst and a doctor prescribed a nerve pill. I take at night but during the day I don’t. Almost feels like a burning sensation and follows the nerve paths.
