Would a hysteroscopy,D&C, and/or laparoscopy show cervical cancer?

A little bit of a back story.  I do have PCOS, which is the only known thing that I have been diagnosed with at this point (diagnosed at 17).  I have had pretty bad menstrual periods in the past, I do have two children that I was able to have after medicine, and they are now 8 and 5.  Two years ago, a lot of things started going on with my body, and ultimately I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia which is another story for another discussion group; however, we haven't figured out what has been going on with my gynecological health.  I started bleeding almost daily, and my periods were so heavy that I would get up from the couch and bleed, or be standing there and bleed into the floor (through a pad and a tampon).  I started having a lot of pelvic pain, pain during sex, etc., however, there was nothing found.  The doctor said I actually look great inside, and after the laporoscopy and the D&C last March, I was ok for maybe a month.  Then, I started bleeding again and we decided to either do a hysterectomy or an endometrial ablation.  Since I do not have family nearby (only my husband), I opted for ablation for now, because if it worked- great.  I didn't bleed after the ablation in December, didn't bleed in January or in February; however, in March I started bleeding again.  This has been going on again daily (mainly spotting, with days of heavier blood).  I do wear a pad almost daily because it seems to start up if I do much of anything exercise, even simply cleaning around the house, sex etc., So, in the past two years I have had two hysteroscopies, one laparoscopy, two d&c's, and one endometrial ablation. I've also during this time started peeing a lot through the day/night, more so than I did when I was even pregnant and did have some bleeding in the urine that was not visible to the eye.  However, the urologist did a 2 second scope and said he didn't see anything wrong with me, and he suspected endometriosis and basically sent me away.  I do not have endometriosis (unless it is inside the uterus itself, whatever that one is called).  What I have NOT had in the past three years because of bleeding every time, is a pap smear.  My doctor told me that I needed to come this year for my pap smear, but of course now I started bleeding again daily. She has been having a hard time figuring out what is going on with me, as well, but she's trying her hardest.  I was just curious if anyone else had anything similar.  I know I've had endometrial biopsies, but nothing right at the cervix, so I was hoping we weren't missing something since I have not had a pap smear in the past few years.

I do have pcos but have not had the same procedures. However, it seems like everything except the cervix has been checked so couldn't hurt to check that out as well.

It sounds like endometriosis. How do you know it's not edno? In case, I hope you get answers and they're not awful.

Lately, Ive been suffering from light abnormal bleeding/ spotting but no period ( for a month). Im going to the doctor asap.

Issues in that area can be so hard to diagnose. It's difficult not to go to the worse case scenario.
