Hello Pamela & Welcome to the Chiari Malformation group.
There is no one medication/magical pill that would be the key. It depends heavily on what symptoms you have. As well, Chiari is a Malformation, not a disease where a particular drug may help.
So, it would be helpful knowing what/when/how your Chiari was dx'd(diagnosed) , your sx(symptoms), whether all related conditions were ruled out, what tests you've had, etc.
Chiari is complex. There is no one answer.
I see you asked in another post about drugs for peripheral neuropathy- have you spoken to your doctor about the neuropathy? There are meds. might help w/neuropathy. I would hope that your Dr. has talked to you about such. Do you know that is is caused by Chiari?
More information would be helpful to answer your question. But keep in mind, we're not Dr's, not "experts" and should not be replaced by medical advise.
But we can be of help, as we're all living with Chiari.
